Handbook, Health Requests & Uniform Policy

The purpose of the school handbook is to give parents and students an understanding of the general rules and guidelines of St. Clement of Rome School. The handbook may be viewed from the Resources section of the FACTS Family Portal. Parents and students are expected to follow the policies and procedures expressed within this handbook.

 

School physicals are required for all students new to St. Clement school as well as children entering Kindergarten, 3rd grade and 6th grade. Parents must have their pediatrician fax or print a copy of their child’s physical and most current vaccination record to our school before the first day of school. Students entering 8th grade must have a Tdap booster if they have not received this booster after the age of 10. Students must also have a Meningococcal vaccination specified as MCV4 NOS, Menactra or Menveo.
