We are confident this program will offer great efficiency and financial stability for the school while providing convenience to families. Anyone making monthly payments will be required to pay through FACTS; you will need to register and set up an account. You have the option to pay automatically through checking debit, savings debit, or credit/debit card. Here is what you need to know to get set up.
- The FACTS web address will be a link on our school website and is now available.
- Once you have access to FACTS, you will provide your demographic and financial information. This includes name, address, email, and child/ren attending St. Clement of Rome.
- There will be two monthly payment options.. 12 month or 10 month.. with an option to either pay on the 10th or the 25th.
- FACTS has an enrollment fee of $50 that will be paid directly to them within 14 days of your agreement being posted in FACTS.
- Once you have submitted your agreement, St. Clement of Rome will finalize your tuition and a confirmation letter will be sent from FACTS with the payment details.
During the school year, you will have the ability to make 2 changes to your original scheduled payment. Any changes must be received by FACTS at least 2 business days prior to the automatic payment date in order to affect the upcoming payment.
As an added convenience, we will also be offering incidental payments throughout the year. This means you can pay for the field trips, yearbooks, Home and School fees, Father/Daughter Dance, 8th grade graduation, etc. with the same information you have already entered in FACTS. Any activity form that comes home will have the option to add your payment into FACTS. Once you have checked this on the form, St. Clement of Rome will add the charge into FACTS and it will be debited/charged within 10 days.
