School Management System
Beginning with the 2023-2024 school year, we have switched to use FACTS SIS as our School Management System. You will use the FACTS Family Portal – a private and secure online platform to view academic information specific to your children.
FACTS has created a 5-minute video to introduce you to Family Portal. You may watch the video by clicking on the link below. The password to watch the video is Portal.
Creating Your FACTS Family Portal Account
To create your Family Portal account, please download and follow these account creation instructions. Please note that the email you use to create your account must match the email on record at St. Clement of Rome. You will receive an error message if the email you used does not match the email associated with your school account.
Using Your FACTS Family Portal Account
Once you have created your account, you may download a parent user guide to help you navigate the new system.
You may use Family Portal to view your child's grades and homework, update your contact information and privacy settings, update your child(ren)'s information, and manage your tuition account.
We ask that you login and update your contact information and privacy preferences by September 30. After that date, we will publish family and student directories.
Tuition Management System
We are still using FACTS as our Tuition Management System. You will now access the tuition management portion of FACTS through your Family Portal account, so only a single sign-on is required.
Please note that to view financial information, a user must be listed as financially responsible for the account. If you attempt to view financial information and are not listed as financially responsible, you will receive an error message.
