2024 Carnival
We are so excited the Carnival is back this year! The day includes rides, games, music, and fun. As usual the Knights of Columbus are putting together a nice meal and the 7th grade snack stand is back! Mark your calendar for the Carnival on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 from noon to 9:00 pm. For those of you who have not had a chance to experience it yet, the Carnival takes place on the last day of school and begins at 12 Noon. We request/require all families to volunteer 2 hours. Carnival parking is available on the tennis court lot. Additional parking is available in the surrounding area, subject to the Des Peres police “no parking” signs.
As always, there is guaranteed to be thrilling rides, booths, and lots of great fun for the entire family and friends. Other exciting activities will include inside games, basketball free throw contest, and bags tournament. Finally, we will be doing a 50/50 raffle with all the proceeds benefiting the school. The tickets will be $5 each and the winner will be drawn at the carnival. The Knights of Columbus will again be serving dinner, and this year it is expected to be another amazing dinner.
Parking Spot Raffle
Would you like to have a prime parking spot for the Carnival? Now is the time to buy your raffle tickets. Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. Raffle ticket forms must be turned in to the school office or rectory by Monday, May 13. You may pay by cash, check (please make check payable to “St. Clement” with “Carnival” in the memo line), or FACTS. Winners will be announced in the school newsletter on Thursday, May 16. Sponsorships and Donations
The Carnival is always one of the Parish’s most exciting events of the year, and is also one of the largest fundraisers. Specifically, this year our fundraising efforts will support our new playground, outdoor equipment and the purchasing of new Chromebooks for the classrooms. We ask for your help to make these improvements a reality with a tax-free donation:
