Our St. Clement of Rome School Faculty includes:

A school counselor who services students, teachers, and parents, by offering one-on-one counseling, small group sessions, and monthly class visits.
A behavior support educator who works to ensure that behavior policies are being followed consistently across all grade levels and help facilitate communication with staff, students, and parents to help ensure student success, and will analyze behavior data and monitor students in a variety of settings.
A learning consultant who is a leader on our CARE team and provides a total system approach to support students, teachers, and parents.
Two learning facilitators who work directly with students and the learning consultant in order to provide support for our students. They also assist our teachers and parents so that they too can support our students.
A school nurse who tends to our students' ailments throughout the school day, and also organizes and provides lessons, vision, and hearing testing.
A math support educator who helps provide support for students and teachers, in and out of the classroom.

Learning Consultant

Mrs. Laura Bergman has been at St. Clement for the past seven years serving our students as our Learning Consultant.

Her purpose as Learning Consultant is to ensure that all students are learning appropriately. This includes the following responsibilities:

Working with teachers to ensure accommodations are being met and all students are experiencing success
Working with students to remediate or expand classroom material
Acting as a liaison with Special School District to recommend testing and follow through with given results
Conducting observations and meetings to determine appropriate steps to help struggling students
