School Lunch

General Information

Food Service Consultants will be again be providing lunches for the 2023-24 school year. The lunch ordering process remains in place for this year. Homeroom teachers will ask for a show of hands each morning to determine how many students would like to buy lunch that day. Monthly menus are available on this page.
Cash will not be accepted for payment at lunchtime. Parents will need to set up a meal card account for their children. Please note that if your family or child had a balance from last year it will be carried over to this year.
You may add funds to your child's account either by sending cash or check to school or by using a credit card through your MySchoolBucks account (see information on using MySchoolBucks below). If paying by check, please make check out to F.S.C. PayPal is no longer available. Even if your child only buys a daily milk, please add at least $5.00 into their account.


Pricing for Food In Focus Plate Lunch and Salad Option has changed for the 2023-24 school year (see below):
    • Preschool:   $4.50 (includes milk)
    • Kindergarten through 2nd Grade: $5.00 (includes milk) 
    • 3rd Grade through 8th Grade: $5.35 (includes milk)
    • Extra main entrée: $1.95

Lunch Account Information

Our lunch account system is called The Heartland Mosaic Cloud based Point of Sale, which also features the MySchoolBucks online prepayment features.  It operates with a cloud based environment, which will ensure that the information is not only safe, but is updated constantly and will not be lost or have a system failure. 
You can set your child's account at or through their MySchoolBucks app, which is available for Apple or Android phones. Please email Nikki Stinson at [email protected] to obtain your child's school ID number which you will need to complete the registration process.

After setting up the account, to add the school.  You choose, Missouri, then choose Food Service Consultants, then St. Clement of Rome.  This system allows you to add funds electronically and view your child's account activity for the past 90 days.  You can set up low balance email reminders and make arrangements for automatic payments if you wish. There is a $1.95 transaction fee for each deposit.  You can still send checks or cash to school if that is more convenient for you.  This system will be available 24/7.  We will no longer be using PayPal and your existing funds will be transferred over to My School Bucks.
